Fleece meets basket weaving meets woodturning in this collection of lovingly made animals and vessels. Locally sourced wool and native woods are used along with traditional basketmaking reeds and rattan. We also grow and sell natural dye materials. Along with our woven animals and woodturnings, Flintrock Fibreworks is a producer of plant based natural dye materials.  We have doubled the size of the dye garden this year and will have traditional dye plants for sale.  There will also be new and unusual dyer’s goods as we experiment with new varieties.
  Japanese Indigo, Marigolds, Zinnias and Osage Orange are common dyes that will be offered in bulk this year.  Be sure to check out our recipe for dyeing with dried Indigo l….no vat required!    We will also have limited quantities of Hibiscus, Rudbeckia, Elderberry, Lavender and others.

Crochet has been an on and off again hobby of mine for years. When 2020 hit and my work stopped that’s when I picked it up constantly. I started running out of room to store the stuff I made so my mom said I should set up at a local place in town. But I never did because my creations are “unique” and I don’t think they’ll do well in Arkansas. So I opened an Etsy. It’s been loads of fun!
